2010/2011 POST- UTME  SCREENING EXERCISE

(A)   ELIGIBILITY

All candidates who made The  Polytechnic  Ibadan  one of their choices of Institution and those who are interested in changing The  Polytechnic Ibadan and scored 180 and above in the 2010/2011 UTME.

(B) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND   PROCEDURE FOR POST- UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

1.  Candidates are expected to obtain scratch card at  designated banks . Click here to view the designated banks.
2.  Candidates are to visit The Polytechnic Ibadan website i.e.www.Polyibadan.edu.ng and follow the steps below to make payment on-line and print out the screening slips.
There are two categories of applicants. FIRST CATEGORY; Applicants for POST UTME Screening who made The Polytechnic, Ibadan one of their choices while applying for JAMB UTME. SECOND CATEGORY; Applicants for Change of Institution i. e. those who did not choose The Polytechnic, Ibadan but will now apply for Change of Institution and  THEREAFTER apply for POST UTME Screening. Candidates in the Second Category are to purchase CHANGE OF INSTITUTION SRATCH CARDS  and should first follow procedure (ii) before going to procedure  (i) below.

Post UTME Screening Card is Three thousand Naira while Change of Institution Card is Five thousand Naira.

(i).          APPLICANTS FOR POST UTMESCREENING
1.            Visit The Polytechnic Ibadan website i.e.www.Polyibadan.edu.ng 
2.            Click on POST UTME Screening
3.            Login with your SERIAL NO. and PIN CODE
4              Upload your Passport; supply your Phone No and Email Address
5.            Submit to print out your Slip.

(ii).         APPLICANTS FOR CHANGE OF INSTITUTION
1.            Visit The Polytechnic Ibadan website i.e.www.Polyibadan.edu.ng 
2.            Click on Change of Institution
3.            Login with your SERIAL NO. and PIN CODE
4              Complete the application form as appropriate.
5.            Apply for POST UTME by following the Steps in Applicants for POST UTME Procedure

      Candidates who are interested in the following NBTE-acrediteed programs are free to register for them through the change of Institution/Course online form.
